Activity Guide
Featured Floor Pad Playset Games:
Classic "The Floor is Lava" game
Place pads face up randomly around any flat, open play area and hop from pad to pad to get to Iggy at the end...but don’t touch the lava!
There are endless ways to play!
- Try new rooms, invent new rules, place pads further and closer together.
- Play with friends!
- Add a few sets together to travel on longer adventures
Hopscotch with Iggy
Place the footpads in the orientation of hopscotch, toss and retrieve the Iggy pad as you would the stone/beanbag.
Standard Rules and NEW variations
Lava Walk to Bed (or anywhere)
Place the logo pad at the start of a trail of pads, alternating left and right foot, all the way to Iggy waiting on the bed! You can also try getting them to the bathroom to brush their teeth, to their shoes (to get ready to go), or any "Point A to B" scenario.
Black Light Iggy Search
The pads glow under black light! Turn the lights down low and let your little one find their way to bed or just play around exploring with a small UV flashlight.
Stack'em Clean Up and to the Bookshelf
When done, it is fun to stack the pads as fast as you can and store them in the box on your bookshelf.
Tic-Tac-Toe
Make a # (Tic-Tac-Toe) board using masking tape on the ground (aprox. 10 in. squares). Use the right foot pads as "X" and left foot pads as "O" to play - 3 in a row wins. The youngest goes first. It helps to add some extra tape to one foot of pad to quickly identify the Xs and Os. When you win, you get to place the Iggy pad on the winning space! If it's a stalemate/"Cat's Game," start over, but switch starting players and choose a different starting space.
