SHIPPING
Shipments are made ONLY in the Continental US.
Orders will typically be sent within 48 hours of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
Any orders with excessive order quantity or multiple repeated products may be canceled and refunded without prior notice as outlined in certain product descriptions. We reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund to any order for any reason.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are both box dimensions and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping couriers are chosen at the discretion of Follow Me Toys, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates include standard shipping rates. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
For expedited shipments, please contact us via phone for coordination of desired delivery date and expedited shipping rates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Prior to any return or exchange, please contact Follow Me Toys either via email or phone to discuss the transaction. Shipping instructions will be advised.
Once we receive your item, we will send a confirmation of receipt via email. Your return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 days after receipt of your package. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Return funds will be made to the original credit card used. A copy of the credit will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.
All return/exchange shipping expenses will be incurred by the customer, unless otherwise advised.

Items that are exchanged or returned must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the RECEIPT AND PACKING SLIP included in the shipment.
